The living room opens onto a spacious covered balcony with seating Stairs lead to a large roof terrace with breathtaking sea view.

  • In order to secure a reservation we ask that you pay a none refundable deposit of 25% and the balance is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of EUR 150 is also payable to cover any breakages, this will not be used against small breakages and will be returned when giving back the keys.
    Car hire can be arranged on request.
    The use of the safe is included during your stay.
  • From November to March the electricity and gas are extra.
    The cost of the gas and electricity is to be paid by the tenant.

  • Golf Information: There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course in Carvoeiro 'Vale de Milho', and 2 championship courses 10 minutes drive 'Gramacho' and 'Pinta'. Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura and Penina are within 30 minutes drive of the apartment.
