Olive trees and vineyards gently dip down towards the sea in a natural environment. This is the setting that surrounds Villa dei Mandorli, a charming country residence ideal place to relax immersed in the countryside, only five minutes from the sea, from the shops and from the lively city of Fano. The swimming pool has a low water area for relaxing moments and where children can play safely. The porch is fully equipped for outdoor meals. Less than 2 km from the Villa is the main Country house with its excellent restaurant, golf course, wireless access point. Ground floor: hall, living room with fireplace, kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with sofa bed for two, bathroom with shower. At the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a double bedroom, a single room (with French bed) a bathroom with bathtub. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine at guests’ disposal in the basement.

Known as Fanum Fortunae in Roman times, the city today is a fairly well-known coastal resort and one of the most important Adriatic fishing ports. Fano is a tourist destination for those looking for quality of life, with a first rate cultural, historical and environmental heritage, enabling visitors within a distance of a few kilometres to enjoy the sea as well as the delightful hilly inland countryside. The port divides the coast of Fano into two, with Sassonia beach to the east and the sandy Lido to the west. A number of other wide beaches and small bays are to be found along the coast on both sides of the town at Fosso Sejore, Metaurilia, Torrette and Marotta and provide welcoming natural environments the tourist.
