Our typical Provencal farmhouse stands in very quiet part of the estate of the golf of Pont Royal. This location is facing the hills and guarantees a view and sun all year long 150 m² one-storey property with 3 bedrooms. with 3 bathrooms, WC for the bedroom parents, 2 separate WC, a large living room with fireplace opening onto an fully equipped open kitchen with: large fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. A laundry room with drying-machine and a gated garage with direct access to the house. The terrace with BBQ is sheltered from the mistral and has an access to the garden with a private pool. The beds are made upon arrival, and you are offered a welcome pack. Bath towels and cleaning at the end of the state are included in the price. For your visits: Les Baux de Provence, the sea, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence or the surrounding countryside. For music lovers: Aix, Orange, La Roque festivals. Close to motorway, to Marseille airport, to TGV railway station.
