The house is located in Port des Torrent (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) very near to Sant Antoni. The house is in front of the sea and very near to the Beach (port des torrent beach). You have place for park three cars. It has a communal well and a generous pool. The house has three double rooms (one with large double bed), two full bathrooms, a hall, terraces with sunset views, a salon with dining room and kitchen, the house is for max. 6 persons. The fireplace as well as the electric air conditioning serve for a pleasant climate over the whole year. There are supermarkets, cafeteria ... only 100 meters away.

You have a very nice and familiar beach with white sand and blue water next the house. Only 5 minutes drive away are the stunning beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Bassa. This house is in an ideal position because is situated in a quiet place but it is only a short distance from San Antonio with its world famous sunset bars and lively nightlife.
