Intimate and cozy, free-standing studio . Beautifully appointed. Well equipped kitchette for light cooking. Situated on one acre of private property with olive grove, garden and salt water pool. Ideal for romantic getaway, personal retreat and vacation lodging. Queen sized bed sleeps two. Excellent mattress. Sofa bed can accommodate a small child. Linens, towels, parking and basic kitchen condiments provided in price. No smoking. Pets may be considered. Situated 3km outside of Cotignac with an easy 25 minute walk to the village. Located near rock climbing, country hikes, Cistercian Abbey of le Thoronet and open air markets. Well appointed, peaceful vacation retreat.

A Perfect Week in Provence

I have stayed twice with Irene and Catherine, once with my girlfriend, the other time with my 20 year old son. I have been to France about 7-8 times, and can state unequivocally that I have never had a more enjoyable and genuine experience than I had when while staying with them at their charming B&B in Cotignac. Irene and Catherine went out of their away to assure that I, and my respective guests, were comfortable with our lodgings and amenities. The room itself was beautifully appointed and spacious. It overlooks the pool and patio, which, in the early morning and evening, makes a perfect setting to eat a delicious breakfast, go from a refreshing swim, or simply lounge in the sun and marvel at the surroundings. Irene and Catherine were extremely helpful in suggesting sights for us to tour and shop. They are close friends with many of the local shopkeepers. My 'guests' and I often walked to town, and even went for an occasional jog alongside the rolling hills and vineyards. If you are looking for an opportunity to truly experience the real essence of Provence, then this is the place to go!!! I highly recommend this wonderful B&B!

This property is fantastic! I have stayed in gites for the last 20 years and this is definitely one of the best. Very clean, quiet and stylish. The 2 owners are wonderful - fresh figs,vin d'orange, fig jam..- they spoilt us! The town of Cotignac has a choice of 5-6 restaurants as well as a range of good shops. Lots to do in the area.
If you are looking for a quiet break for two I would fully recommend this property.

If you are interested in attention to detail alongside genuine hospitality and talented hosts this is the place to visit! My partner and I booked last minute and received a once in a lifetime welcome. The studio is neat with stunning photography and delightfully designed space.
Cotignac is also a lovely location. We visited food markets, ate and drank far too much (of course!), cycled and enjoyed the company of the owners and their kittens Milou and Sammy. The only complaint we had was that we weren't there long enough! If you like simplicity but with quality and character this is the place for you! We will be back again...
