The individually designed villa is situated on the outskirts of the thermal spa town of Fortuna, in a rural position with views toward the nearby mountains. Yet it is only 5 minutes from the centre of this thriving Spanish town where all essential amenities and shops can be found, including a large weekly market. Several restaurants and bars are situated in and around the town, serving good local wine and food. The 'Leana' Spa offers bathing in its warm healing waters and beauty treatments in a tranquil, landscaped setting. The villa is fully air conditioned. It has three bedrooms, laid out as two double and one twin rooms. There is a family bathroom and an additional en suite shower room. The large lounge is comfortable with TV for DVDs and stereo equipment. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dining area, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Outside, the patio area around the pool has a delightful shaded area for al fresco dining with gas BBQ.

Fortuna is only 45 minutes drive from the airports of either Alicante or Murcia. Beach lovers will find the coastal resorts of Mar Menor, La Manga, and Guadamar all within an hour's drive. Further inland, the nearby wine growing region of Jumilla offers spectacular mountain scenery and numerous Bodegas where local wine can be tasted and bought. A 20 minute drive to the cathedral city of Murcia is well worth the time to discover more of the diverse culture of this region. There are a number of beautiful golf courses in the region. Altoreal near Moline is approximately 20 minutes drive from Fortuna, with several others all with an hour's drive.
