Conditions of rental:
A DEPOSIT of 30% of the total rent is needed to secure the required dates, with the balance to be paid four weeks before arrival. An additional, refundable, deposit is required on booking to cover breakages or damage. One set of bed linen and bathroom towels per person per week is provided for the period and included in the rental. Pool towels are not provided. The cost of CLEANING at the end of the stay is included in the price of the rental - only four hours are available for cleaning so the property must be left in good condition. If the final cleaning requires more than four hours due to the state in which the villa has been left, the additional time will be charged at €25 per hour in the form of a deduction from the deposit. Additional cleaning may be possible , charged at €25 per hour, payable directly to the cleaner. Please see the terms and conditions at time of booking for full description. Pool heating is not necessary during the summer, but can be provided at €200 per week
