Venice city centre holiday apartment

Our new flats are located in a strategic part of the town, in a very central part of Venice, steps away from the famous Rialto Bridge, directly north of St. Marco Square, close to the Biennale art exhibition. Away from the confusion, in a very quite part of Castello quarter. The apartments are part of a XVIII century raised ground floor property. This allows very easy access (there are only two steps) while ensuring that the accommodation is dry and comfortable all year round. Both apartments were fully renovated in 2007. The property features a shared private garden, a rare commodity in Venice, where you will find tables and chairs to allow you to join au-plain-air relax, remaining at home! The nearest boat stop is less than 100 meters.

It perfectly suits two couples or a family, but it could be suitable for a group of friends up to 7 people. The main door to the apartment opens into an area containing two single beds. The are also doors to the lounge/dining room, two bedrooms and the bathroom. The lounge/dining room looks out onto the shared garden and includes a full modern kitchen with vented 4-ring cooker, including an oven and grill, a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and iron (a vacuum cleaner is stored in the twin bedroom). There is also a TV with DVD player and this room includes sleeping capacity for one person in the form of a full-sized single bed that also serves as a divan. Of the two bedrooms one is a double and the other can be configured either as a double or twin room. Both offer spacious, modern wardrobes. We have taken care to ensure that the beds are of a high quality and very comfortable. The modern bathroom includes a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, WC and hair-drier and washing machine.
