Vivenda do Encadernador is a fabulous imposing 5 bedroom villa set in beautifully mature gardens. With total privacy and individuality, this villa offers a fun packed holiday for a family of up to 9 in a beautiful area of peace and tranquility. The villa offers huge accommodation space with the lower floor consisting of the main lounge and dining area, a dedicated separate TV lounge, a huge modern kitchen with breakfast dining for 8 people, spacious utility room for laundry/ironing, stylish hallway entrance and an en-suite twin bedroom. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (1 master en-suite) and 1 single. The pool (with underwater lighting) is an ample 11 x 5 metres with gentle entry at shallow end and the surrounding terrace offers many shaded comfort areas with sun beds, hammocks, easy chairs and an 8-place al fresco dining table, perfect for evening BBQ by the pool.

Vivenda do Encadernador is situated in the Carvoeiro Clube area just 5 mins drive from Carvoeiro centre in a very leafy and affluent area. A 5 minute walk away is the Carvoeiro Tennis club where courts can be hired and a gym can be used by non-member guests. There is also a cafe here for morning coffee and snacks. 3 championship 18-hole golf courses are within 10/15 mins drive, with attractions such as Zoomarine and Aqualand only 20 mins drive. The splash park Slide & Splash is a mere 7 mins drive from the villa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are for up to 8 people (including children but not counting infants under 2 - a small extra charge will be levied however.). For more people we charge an extra £100 per person per week. One cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.
    Air conditioning in the TV lounge and Master bedroom included in the charge. Ceiling or stand up fans are supplied in other bedrooms. Pool heating is available at £150 for the first week, £50 each subsequent week. (Pool heating is placed on boost 3 days before arrival to get to the required temp for guests' arrival, not merely
    switched on then). Underfloor heating during winter periods available for £120 per week. A further maid service is available if required and is 10 euros per hour. Please arrange this with the villa manager direct.
  • Longer term lets are available at specially discounted rates. Please enquire for details.

Notes: Every possible facility has been thought of for guests of Vivenda do Encadernador. There is parking for several cars in the calcada driveway and cars are secure behind the large remote controlled gates. The lounge area has sumptuously comfortable seating for up to 8 persons, and there is a dining area at one end with views out onto the gardens and pool terracing. There is a 32' LCD TV with SKY Freesat and TV Cabo connectivity. The latter has several English movie channels. The dedicated TV lounge has a DVD player and wall-mounted 40' Plasma TV with associated home cinema system supplying quality sound. Chill out on the comfortable 8 seater corner unit sofa and enjoy the entertainment. Internet wi-fi is available in the kitchen area of the villa to keep in touch with the outside world. There are over a dozen relaxation positions around the pool terrace area, whether in shade or in the sun. A BBQ is also available for guests. External poolside WC beside the pool area.

The house was perfect for our two family living. Spacoius, lot of bathrooms, very well equipped, a TV room with all facilities for the teenagers and on top the house is furnished and decorated in a very nice style. Since we all like acitivities the nearby, friendly, tennis club was well appreciated. We would for sure like to spend more stays in this villa! We can also especially recommend the intimate and friendly Caneiro beach.

The pictures and description are adequate, but to really appreciate this villa, you need to see it!!. A really large, comfortable, well kept property.
