Mirabella is an apartment in a newly built residence just above Argegno enjoying a very characteristic view of the Lake Como and its surrounding mountains. The apartment is arranged into two floors. The upper floor has the open plan living, dining and living area.The kitchen area is fully fitted with all the mod-cons for a self catering holiday stay.Living area entertainment includes a satellite Flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a big terrace area with sitting area for an amazing 'al fresco' dining while having the magnificent views.A jacuzzi overlooking by the lake and surrounding mountains is for guests disposal. Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable double size bed with a separate area for the wardrobes. There is also a big comfortable sofa which can easily turn into a single sleeping bed. Fronting this bedroom is a small sunny terrace with direct access to the jacuzzi tub.Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable double size bed with a separate area for the wardrobes.

Dizzasco and the surrounding village above the lake of Como have been a favourite hide away weekend spots for the busy Milanese Italian people for many years now. The village of Dizzasco, above Argegno is visible from far away because of its Romanesque bell tower and the face of the painted church. The parochial chapel, dedicated to S. Sisinio, is one of the most ancient of the valley. The village is famous for being a gathering point and a head-quarter for the patriots in the 1800s; here the followers of Mazzini instituted the Republic of S. Sisino after the “Five Days of Milan”. In the period right after the Second World War it became one of the preferred resorts of Winston Churchill where he painted various pictures. In the village they have recently tried to restore a school of scagliola on the legacy of an ancient local tradition. In the parish there are altars in Intelvese scagliola.

  • 3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
  • There is a final cleaning cost of €90 when staying for one week & €120 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Beautiful apartment with great view

The description of this apartment was very accurate - the property was immaculate, just renovated and very nicely done. The view is beautiful from the terrace. This apartment is not in a town and has a nice view of mountains, a valley, and the lake in the distance. It's quiet - but only a 3 minute drive (steep drive!) to the cute town of Argegno / Ferry to everywhere on Lake Como. The apartment living space is a little small - but when you include the big terrace, it's perfect. The hot tub is great and I would certainly recommend this apartment. We hope to stay there again.
