Our 4 bed 3 bath pool villa is of luxurious design, and has absolutely everything for your stay in Florida's Disney region. It is superbly furnished to a deluxe standard and would be ideal for families or group’s of adults. The villa is in a secure gated community with a community clubhouse with guest services, and maintained to an excellent standard etc. The villa has 2 large en-suite master bedrooms, and a further 2 twin bedrooms which share access to a third bathroom. Each room has a television with satellite TV. The living area features an entertainment area with DVD/large screen TV etc. The villa has also: full air-conditioning, complete kitchen/ all appliances, phone, screened pool and pool furniture, double garage with space for up to 4 cars, utility room with dryer/washing machine, all linen and towels, and much more. The villa is within easy reach to Disney, and also golf courses. There is good accessibility to Florida airport, and all regions of Florida!

Ideally located just off Highway 27 at its junction with Highway 192 our luxury villa is only 8 minutes from Disney and within easy reach of other major attractions including Universal Studios, Seaworld and Epcot. There are several Golf Courses within 15 minutes. Major stores nearby include Publix, Winn-Dixie, Wallgreens and Wal-mart An excellent selection of restaurants nearby, or conveniently located along Highway 192, include The Ponderosa Steak House, TGI Friday's, Sizzler's etc. It is within easy reach of Outlets, Florida Mall and other shopping Malls. Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral are about one hour's drive away. Clearwater Beach, on the Gulf coast is about 80 mins. away. Great stay in a great property

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this villa in Florida. It was the right size for us (8), very clean with a fantastic pool and had all the mod-cons we needed to feel at home. We would definately stay here again- good value for money!
