This 3 storey town house is on a road leading down to the seafront. It is adjacent to the beautiful Adea del Mar swimming pool and a 3 minute walk from a popular sandy beach. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops nearby, It is a 20 minute walk to Torrevieja marina and town centre and 2 miles away from a large water park, indoor shopping centre, cinema, bowling alley and casino. A reliable regular local bus service runs along the coast road and stops at the end of the street. The house is mid way (Approx 30 minutes drive) between Alicante and Murcia airports. The house comprises of a fully fitted American kitchen with Microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot and high chair, 2nd toilet downstairs. Local activities nearby are cycling, numerous golf courses, horse riding, nature reserve, zoo safari, play areas, pine forest, and numerous street markets on different days.

My name is ann .I stayed in this house for 10 days with my family.I would recommend this house as we found it to be perfect for our holiday.The location was great,we had a lovely pool beside us ,just a few minutes walk,it was called Aleda del mar.We were also close to beach and restraunts and bars just five minutes away.The house was lovely and clean and spacious with sleeping for up to six or seven people.The rooms were good size,the kitchen had everything.The living room was very comfortable,the kids loved it.There was a shop close by and very friendly.The bars and restraunts were all very nice .I would go back again to same property ,as our holiday was great.When we arrived there was food and drink in fridge to keep us going until we got sorted.I would recommend this property to anybody .There was loads to do ,activities such as water park,horseriding boat trips fishing nearby.Cant wait to return next summer.

We stayed in this lovely apartment from the 19th to 31st July 2009, it was like home from home and we would not hesitate to return. We had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay, the apartment is well equipped, the rooms are very spacious and there is a fantastic outside patio area. The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach and local tavernas and restaurants of which there are many to choose from. Also very nearby there is a hotel complex which allows non residents to use the pool facilities for a nominal fee. All in all a good family holiday was had by all, great value for money and we would definately return.
