Set on 3 levels the villa Casa Verde provides an extremely spacious and comfortable environment ideally suited to 2 families or groups of friends who want to be near enough to all facilities yet be able to relax in style. In a prime location just 2km west of Albufeira which has become one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve, the well appointed villa enjoys panoramic views across the valley to the sea and marina. Private entrance and driveway, the gardens are well stocked with lawn, shrubs, plants, palm trees and flowers. The villa is large and allows each guest space and comfort to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on one of the terraces, by the pool, or around the barbecue. For the more energetic why not enjoy a game of table tennis. The golden sandy beach at Sao Rafael is a 10 minute stroll away, with bars, restaurants, and a super market within easy walking distance. Nearby Albufeira has an abundance of bars, restaurants, and clubs for all tastes and pockets.

The nearest beaches to the villa are at Sao Rafael which is only a short 10 minute stroll over the headland, or by car a few minutes. There is ample parking space. There are 2 beaches both with bar/restaurant facilities serving excellent food. A cool drink watching the sun go down is highly recommended. Even in summer, remains free of the crowds that fill more popular nearby beaches. For those who enjoy walking there are some beautiful cliff top walks and coves to explore along the coastline.There are restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa, as well as a supermarket. The marina, also within walking distance has bars/restaurants and banking facilities. Albufeira just 5 minute drive from the villa has an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs to cater for all tastes and pockets. The town comes alive at night providing entertainment until dawn. The nearest golf course is Salgados, a 10 minute drive and numerous other courses within 30 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable at least 8 weeks before departure. Full payment is required if booked within 8 weeks. No refund of deposit due to cancellation. A separate breakage deposit of £200 will apply to cover the unlikely event of accidents occurring. Your cheque will not be cashed but held and returned subject to confirmation from our villa manager. You will be sent a receipt on confirmation of booking and receive route maps on final payment.
  • Although we would recommend car hire to fully appreciate your holiday in the Algarve many guests prefer not to. We can arrange airport transfer to the villa, a journey of about 35 minutes. We use a very friendly local hire firm for the airport transfers and guests usually use them all the time during their stay for trips or the short taxi ride to Albufeira. In addition we are able to offer car hire, with delivery and collection of the vehicles from the villa. Both arrangements work very well.
  • You will be visited by our English rep on the day after your arrival who will be available to give you all the information you require. Details of interest, trips, emergency and medical contact numbers are inside the villa. A complimentary welcome pack containing just a few essentials will be waiting on your arrival. For those guests who have a special occasion to celebrate ie birthdays or an anniversary, we are able to arrange a special surprise cake with champagne, party balloons etc.

  • There is one master double bedroom, and three twin bedrooms. The lower ground floor has a large entertaining / games area with kitchenette, fridge, table tennis, CD player and two large settees for relaxing.Two double patio doors have direct access to the pool area. Although not strictly necessary rooms fans are provided in each room for the summer and oil fired radiators for winter bookings. Set into the hillside the villa enjoys a wonderful position close to the sea and benefits from a cooling breeze in the summer and remains a constant even temperature in the winter. Most of the bedrooms have lovely terrace views across the valley. There is a safe for valuables, internal window locks and external metal shutters for added security and peace of mind. Cots and high chairs are available by arrangement.

Notes: 10m x 5m private swimming pool with poolside shower. Large pergola with grapevine and barbecue, perfect for al-fresco entertaining. Lovely views across the valley to the marina and sea at Albufeira. Large table with 8 dining chairs, 8 sun loungers. The pool is cleaned regularly to keep it in tip top condition. The gardens are well maintained, stocked with flowering shrubs and plants and has an additional large 3 tier lower sun terrace accessed from the pool area. Bed linen and bath towels provided. Beach towels not provided. Maid service provides a linen change once per week and towels twice per week. We really enjoyed our week here chillin' out by the pool. The villa has everything you need to have a great time. The facilities are excellent especially the kitchen, Sky TV kept us entertained when we didn't go out and we had a couple of BBQ's, we were never bored.
The weather was perfect and so was the villa, thankyou for a great time.
