Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with private swimming pool, BBQ and garden on quite cul de sac. Walking distance to the old town and fisherman's beach, just a short drive to the Algarve shopping centre where you will find a variety of shops, bowling, restaurants and cinemas. Shops are open till midnight Monday to Sunday. Enjoy the vibrant night life in the old town with wonderful fish and meat restaurants and plenty of live music in most of the pubs. Not far from the Algarve shopping you will find the famous local chicken piri piri restaurants.

Within walking distance to town and Modelo Shopping centre, supermarkets stay open till late, many other shops, hairdressers, banks close by. Very close to the Riviera bakery where you can have a wonderful breakfast and the best cakes in the Algarve. One bedroom on ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs and suitable for elderly people

Wonderful sunny beaches.: Close to the villa are some of the most wonderful beaches, all with little restaurants and showers. Here you can sample wonderful fresh fish dishes of the day. Closest beach 1km away to Fisherman's Beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants directly on the beach. Some of the other beaches close by are Santa Eulalia, Sao Rafael and Coelho Beach.

Golf courses.: Many wonderful golf courses to choose from nearest being Balaia Golf Village, not to far away is a golf academy.
