A PLACE TO CALL HOME: Imagine entering from the covered terrace porch in to a fully air-conditioned villa. Relax in the living area with TV, internet access or enjoy the fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and coffeemaker and more. Maybe take a rest in the ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom or take the stairs leading to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, maybe you would rather the second master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobes, which has a balcony. Which ever room you choice all are provided with bedding and towels. There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron/iron board if the mood takes you. On your return from a fun filled day relax at Regal Oaks lazy river and waterslide with zero entry pool or enjoy the last of the days sunshine on the lounges by the pool terrace perfect for adults and children alike.

Regal Oaks is in a prime location to achieve a relaxing fun filled holiday, Walt Disney World 3 miles away, Universal Studios 15 miles and then there is Sea World, Cypress Gardens, Wet 'N' Wild, Gator Land, Bush Gardens all practically on your doorstep. The resort is situated in walking distance to Old Town Kissimee which is well know for its evening car cruises and is full of great shops, restaurants, pubs and has a full amusement park. It makes for a great place for all family members. The blue sea, sandy beaches of Tampa Bay and Daytona beach are only a 45 minute drive away. What ever you decide - Play hard then there is plenty to see and do, not play hard and still plenty of choice on where to just recharge the batteries.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discount for last minute bookings. Contact to ask for $ rate and any other currency
    A none refundable deposit of £100 is required at booking for each period week, with balance paid 10 weeks prior to arrival and remaining. Cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in 50% charge and 4 weeks with result in 100% loss. This at the discretion of the owner.
  • There is no longer a charge of $10 for resort management. A security deposit of $250 which will be required before arrival and refunded after inspection of the property there will only be a charge if there is any breakages or damages during the rental period.
  • A additional cleaning cost of £45/$75 will be incurred if the rental is under 7 days.

Notes: Daily maid can be provided at additional cost. We ask that the towels at the villa stay at the villa. Towels for the pool can be obtained at reception. If you plan to visit the water parks Wet 'N' Wild etc please check before departure as you can rent towels from some of the water parks but if the beach is on the itinerary then I would advice to bring a set yourself. The Town house is situated only 2 minutes from the pool complex and reception. The front desk is open 24 hrs a day. Telephone is available for local call any international calls must be paid for. Internet access is provided but need to take own Ethernet connection lead. Wheelchair accessible to the ground floor only

Booking: After making a booking a agreement form will be sent which will be signed by renter and returned.

Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible. Check in is no earlier than 4pm and check out no later than 10a.m. Resort facilities are available to you before check in on the day of arrival and after check out on the date of departure.

The property did not have all of the necessary amendities need to accomadate my family. There were no televisions nor alarm clocks in the master bedroom (only two in the condo) The property management was not prepared for our visit and the pool had debris in it. Our contact was a nice person and follow up with every concerns. It appeared to be a lovely property but the onsite management was poor.

To reach the villa was very easy, doesn't take long from Sanford airport. The location was very good, very easy to get to all of the parks, especially Disney. Old Town couldn't be nearer and there is no noise from there on the busy nights. The property itself was very comfortable and welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends and relations. It was furnished to a high standard and was very welcoming. The only thing missing was a mop and bucket, not that you want that sort of thing on holiday, but it keeps the place clean.The estate was kept very clean and tidy. The swimming pool was a stones throw away and my grandson and great-grandson couldn't have been happier, would have spent all day there. Plenty to do in the area and there are a couple of good shopping malls around. Some good restaurants I-Ho keep receipt and get 10% of the next nights meal, Denny's is also good (Tuesday nights kids eat free) and our favourite is the Golden Corral a lovely buffet meal, a bit dearer than the other buffets, but well worth the money. We had a wonderful holiday, but then you are in Orlando.
