A corner plot bungalow which can sleep up to six. The bungalow is located in Corralejo Town (near ‘Baku’ water park). It is a 1km walk to the start of parque Natural beaches and a 1km walk to the town centre bars and shops. It will sleep 6 in the property’s two bedrooms (bedroom two can sleep 3) and one of the three seat bed settees in the living room. There is a spectacular 60m2 roof solarium with views to Lanzarote and the mountains. There is a secluded 40m2 tiled rear patio with BBQ and retractable awning for shade. There is private off road parking. There is a communal pool and infant pool. There are back reclining sun loungers and an outside eating table with 6 chairs and a parasol. You are close to the breathtaking beaches of the Parque Natural and main shops / bars. This is a well located house close to the BAKU (waterpark etc) area of the Parque Natural region of Corralejo Town and is therefore convenient for bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located close to the Baku Complex (water park etc) in the protected sands area of the Parque Natural region. You are pretty close to the dunes and Flag beach. The house is on the Las Americas development which, unlike many property's on the Holiday-Rentals website, is actually in the town of Corralejo. It is close to the Osasis Tamarindo Hotel complex and close (300 yards) from a taxi rank and row of shops, supermarkets and cafe bars. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the island, its beaches, and other tourist attractions.

Outdoor living & space: Roof Terrace Solarium - Top floor of bungalow. South facing, secluded, and child safe. Accessed from a staircase at the rear of the house. There are six back reclining sun loungers. The roof terrace is 60m2 with views of Lanzarote and the surrounding mountains. Rear Patio 40m2 – This is accessed from the double patio doors off the living room. It basks in the sun and can be shaded by a 4m wide awning canopy if you desire. It is secluded and features a BBQ unit, table and four comfortable chairs and a parasol. Swimming pool - Communal adult and infant pool.

Travel and Distances: The airport at Puerto del Rosario is 30 minutes away by car. I can arrange airport transfers for you at only 50 euros return for 4 people. If there are six people, call me. Car hire is not necessary you are within an easy walk of all amenities. But, car hire is cheap, and if you do hire a car, and there are so many spectacular places to see that it would be a shame not to, you will find that you are only a short drive from the Chipmunks, the mountains and the harbour, the zoo. It is not necessary to hire a car at this house. The house is actually in the town of Corralejo. It is not 3km outside of town and yet still calls itself Corralejo. You have a short walk to the old town and harbour area and the start of Olivia beach (which stretches for miles).

Supermarket, Cafe Bar, Taxi rank close by !!!: There is a large local supermarket close by (300 metres). A bus stop which will take you out and about. A taxi rank and bars, cafe, shops. You are very close to the Baku water park and market area with ten pin bowling, restaurants etc. There are local bars,

Golf: You are a 35 minute drive from the Fuertaventura Golf Club at Calete de Fuste (host of the 2004 Spanish Open on the PGA European Tour).

Thanks for the use of your Bungalow. We loved the rop
oftop solarium with views of Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. We loved the secluded and private rear terrace downstairs with the Canarian stone BBQ. We loved to cook here in the evenings and catch the last of the sun sipping our Sangria. A great house at a fantastic price. You were 200 less than inferior properties for our two weeks. Well done. Fin and Joy.
Owner's Response: Good honest accomdation and good honest prices is what we try to provide. Glad you found the Bungalow to be exceptional value for money. The rooftop and rear BBQ area make the house. It is what Fuertventura is all about.

Tell me - would you really want to book a flat with small balcony ever again Finlay ?

Is it worth saving yourself 50 quid by renting a tiny flat when you can get all that secluded outside space for just a little more per week ? And, still be only 300 sterling or less for the week !!!

Roof top solarium and BBQ rer patio was Brilliant

Ian, just back. Your house is great. A lovely little development. Pool was deserted all the time - kids had the run of the place. Your roof top sun patio is briliant. Lovely views all the way over to Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. We had a 3 year old so your safe rear patio was a bid bonus to us. And when the sun went down, I was let loose on your Canarian BBQ unit. Gordon Ramsey I am not !!! but it was great to be able to cook outdoors and eat out doors in private. Thanks, Tam
Owner's Response: Tam, its bit away but yes you can see Lobos and Lanzarote on a clear day.

Rear terrace is just made for lying in the sun, cooking m,eat on the BBQ, and sipping snagria at night. See you again soon.

The pool is very quiet - you either love that or hate that - there is certainly no loud music there. It is a very long pool - one of the few you can actually excercise in.

Killer roof terraces & sun patio

Iain, what a great time we had at your place. Your rear patio is huge, secluded and drenched in sun. Loved the BBQs at night. My wife loved the roof top solarium - we hardly seen each other ! - Majic - the views were great. A great amount of outdoort space. I thought you were miles out of town and what a huge surpise to find out that you are in Corralejo Town and within an easy 10 min walk of the shops. Friends of ours booked and they were way way out in the sticks but we were lucky to find you. See you next year son. Ian
Owner's Response: Ian,Yes, there is a lot of outdoor spoace. The rear court is great for those BBQ's and the rooftop solarium is mega wind shaded and mega private for sun bathing.

Ask yourself this question::
Would you rather have an apartment in the centre of town (2 mins from bars etc) but with a balcony the size of a stamp

OR

Would you rather have a house on the edge of town with a 15 minute walk to the bars etc but with a patio and roof terrace of 80m2 ?

You made the right decsion !!!
