  • All weekly rental rates are inclusive of all cleaning and linen charges. For guests staying longer than 1 week a mid linen change and refresher clean is included in the price.
    A €300 security deposit is required and is refundable at the end of the stay subject to there being no damage to the property. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the property; the balance is due 4 weeks prior to start date.
