Situated on the Port Guillaume marina complex, close to the medieval town of Dives-Sur-Mer and adjoining towns of Cabourg and Houlgate boasting interesting shops and wonderful restaurants. From the marina, the footbridge over the River Dives leads to one of the finest beaches in Normandy, just 300 metres away. Boat trips, golf, horse riding, karting, sailing, wind surfing, tennis are all close by, as are the D-Day beaches, and the stylish towns of Deauville and Honfleur. Accommodation: The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Ground floor, parking space and steps to entrance. 1st floor, large private terraced garden with views directly over the marina, BBQ, garden furniture. Open plan lounge/diner, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room and separate toilet. 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom.

Situated at Port Guillaume a marina complex with nearby restaurants, shops and a local fish market on the quayside. Close to the medieval town of Dives-Sur-Mer with its traditional Saturday market in the old Halles. Adjoining towns of Cabourg and Houlgate, both within walking distance, boast interesting shops and wonderful restaurants. From the marina, the footbridge over the River Dives leads to one of the finest beaches in Normandy, just 300 metres away. A short drive or a lazy walk along the beach is the town of Villers Sur Mer. A little further along the coast are the chic towns of Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur. The historic city of Caen is nearby, visits to the Bayeux Tapestry and the historic D-Day landing beaches of the second world war are also well worth a trip. The apartment, new in 2006 is in easy reach of the ferry ports, Caen/Ouistreham is 20 minutes drive and Le Havre is about 45 minutes away, Calais is 2hr 30min/3hr.
