Lovely air conditioned corner apartment within the popular Minerva Complex. The wrap around balcony enjoys the sun for most of the day, with views to the swimming pool and gardens. Minervas central location means you are never far from the resort amenities, car hire is not required. Arroyo de la Meil, the local railway station, Tivoli World Fun Park, La Paloma Park and a beautiful beach are all well within walking distance. The stunning Benalmadena Marina is just a short taxi ride or leisurely half hour walk away. The nearest golf course and casino are just 2km away. On site is 24 hour English speaking reception, car hire, shop, hairdressers and pool side cafe bar. With safety paramount the pool is protected by life guards during high season and access is only available to residents. Across the road from the complex is the popular Bonanza Square, with its many and varied restaurants, bars, cafes and entertainment. Minerva complex is 7km from Malaga airport, just a 15 min taxi ride.

Further down the coast, find the glitz of Marbella, or Porto Banus where the rich and famous moor their luxury yachts in the harbour. If you fancy exploring further visit Gibraltar where you`ll see the monkeys, and also shop duty free, or take the ferry over to Morocco. Apart from the well known areas of the costa del sol there are the little discovered Spanish towns, you can hire a car and discover the hidden gems. The bedroom has two single beds. In the main room the sofa can be made to sleep 2 children. We have satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, iron & ironing board, and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath tub with over head shower. There is also a safe for your use. free of charge. Travel cots are available for hire. Air conditioning is fitted in the main room of the apartment and a stand up fan is there for use in the bedroom. the balcony has a patio table and seats for 4. Please, smoking is only permitted on the balcony Further details outdoors: During your stay you may use the swimming pool and enjoy the comfort of the lawned garden area to sunbathe. Sun bed are available during the warmer months at a small cost, charge by Minerva/Jupiter. There is a pool side bar which sells food and drink to sit down or to take away.

Ideal for Families

This is certainly a property I would return to and given that I always say I would never go back to the same place that is high praise. The apartment is spotless and modern and has that homely feel that you don't always get abroad. The views are breathtaking and the balcony gives a great panoramic view, it is also big enough to get 4 on it comfortably.
The pool is one of the main reasons for saying it is great for families as the 3 pools cater for all ages and the water slides mean the kids can keep themselves amused.
The second big plus point is the location, just next to Bonanza Square where you could eat at a different place every night of your holidays.
It is also just 10 mins (holiday pace) walk to the beach (5 mins normally) and 10 mins to the shops of Arroyo

A Great Holiday

We have stayed in this area four times and this apartment is by far the nicest we have stayed in. The views were stunning from the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the sofa bed very comfortable. Nice and handy for Bonanza Square with its many bars and restaurants, Paloma Park and the beach. Not far also from Tivoli World and the cable cars up to the mountain which we enjoyed. The owner was very helpful and provided excellent service to our family. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, quite a few of whom visit Benalmadena. We would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

Fantastic apartment

We have just returned after having a fantastic 2 weeks (7 June to 21st June 2009) stay in this apartment. The pictures don't do this apartment justice it is absolutely beautiful.. It is extremely clean and is very well equipped, there is everything that you require. The views from the balcony are stunning. The location is excellent as there's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Paloma Park is a 5 minute stroll away and the beach is about 10 minutes. The pool is cleaned daily and the pool area and gardens are very well maintained. The poolside bar serves a good choice of drink and food, and is reasonably priced. The buses run frequently and stop outside the apartment block.
Thers is something for everyone here.
We cant wait to return. Thank you Anita

Sun, Sea and Pool

Our stay in this apartment was very enjoyable. It is a very bright corner apartment and catches the sun from morning till evening. It has a lovely view over the pool, the park and down to the sea.
It is spotlessly clean and attractively furnished, well equipped and well maintained. The swimming pools and the well kept garden area are a huge attraction for families.
Bonanza Square is a bustling area with lots of bars. From here you can either walk downhill to the promenade and the Marina, or uphill to Arroyo. Benalmadena has a huge range of restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes and budgets. This apartment was recommended to us by a member of our family, and we would certainly recommend it to others.

A real home from home

This apartment was just the ticket for myself, husband and our two year old daughter.

From the moment we booked all our requirements were catered for, even a request for a cot was'nt a problem as the owners friend met us at the apartment to drop it off

The apartment was clean, well maintained and has all the mod cons including a washing machine which is a god send when you have a toddler.

The apartment has a wrap around balcony which benefits from the sun all day long. There are plenty of activities near by including a beautiful park with peacocks running around!.

The beach is approx 5 mins walk and you can enjoy fresh seafood at the many great restaurants

All in all I would recommend this apartment so much so we are revisiting in May.
