  • The following terms and conditions apply to your booking:
    25% of the booking total to be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation by us that your booking has been accepted. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full amount must be paid.
    The balance of the booking total must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will automatically be cancelled.
    £100 fully refundable breakages deposit required which will be refunded by us as soon as possible after our management company have checked the apartment. If anything is broken when you arrive please notify the management company on site immediately.
    There is a no smoking policy in the villa. However you are welcome to smoke on the patio.
    Check in time is normally 2pm and check out time is normally 10am.
    Check in times and changeover days are flexible subject to availability. If you wish to check in early or check out late please mention this at the time of booking.
  • Payment is also accepted in Euros at the current exchange rate.
  • Special offer: As a special opening offer we are reducing the weekly rate to £650 for the villa from the £1000 to £2000 shown above. These rates replace those shown above.
