This spacious apartment on the exclusive private residency of Ile de Cannes Marina sleeps upwards of 6 people. The master double bedroom opens to an east facing terrace with space to sit or lie out and enjoy the morning sun. The twin bedroom also receives early morning sunshine but without the luxury of a terrace, I'm afraid. The third bedroom, on the mezzanine, is spacious and a big winner with young teens. The large lounge / dining area leads out to a west terrace with fabulous mountain views, afternoon sun and a fantastic setting for supper. The kitchen has been recently refurbished as has the bathroom. There is a separate guest toilet. The oldest golf course on the Cote d'Azur is on your doorstep and the beach, nestled below the turrets of the Chateau Henri Clews is a short walk through the aforementioned golf course. The Ile has its own private pool for residents only. Restaurants, tennis, shopping, trains and buses are all within close proximity.

Cannes Marina is a short walk from the beaches, bars and restaurants of La Napoule, a pleasant resort dominated by the 14th century Chateau Henry Clews. In the summer, a boat service runs to the Iles de Lerins and St Tropez. The glamorous hotspot of Cannes is 6km away, reachable by bus or train from La Napoule/Mandelieu. You can travel easily by train or motorway to experience the bustle of Nice and Monaco to the east and to the lively resorts of Frejus and Saint Raphael to the west. Cannes Marina is an excellent base for excursions into the Alpes Maritimes - in the winter, you can access the ski slopes in under an hour! Beautiful medieval villages, such as Cabris, St Paul de Vence and Gourdon are perched on steep hills with wonderful views of the Mediterranean and Provence. There is a plentiful choice of activities, including golf, mountain biking, fishing and hang-gliding. Grasse, the perfume capital of France, is well worth a visit - with free guided tours of the famous perfumeries

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates are the same in both GBP Sterling and Euros

    Linen and towels (beach / pool and bathroom) are provided. Maid service can be provided. There is a one off €100 / £100 departure cleaning charge.
  • A 20% deposit is required and balance must be paid in full one month prior to arrival. I also require a security deposit of €500 (or £500).
  • 1 week stay, arriving and departing Saturday, is preferred. However, as flights are considerably cheaper mid-week, I will also consider taking mid-week / 10 day bookings.
