Lovely time in London

We had a wonderful stay in London and at this apartment though now that I am looking at the photos I can see that this is not the apartment I stayed in (apparently there are multiple apartments in the building that have the exact same decor but I didn't know that. There is however some confusion created by this ad because the catch phrase says Westminster view - the view is of the building next to this one (you can almost see the neighbors dining) : ). You only have a view of Westminster from the bridge. I hadn't expected a view from the apartment so it was not a big deal just funny.
They also mentioned that were was broadband internet. It turned out that it was a USB key from Vodafone with less than adequate connectivity. This was a bit frustrating since it was one reason we chose the place since my husband and I both have businesses that we need to see to (unfortunately even on holiday).
The owner's brother met us (as he was out of town the first few days of our stay), and was friendly as was the owner.
I was a little put off in the beginning when I was emailing the agent taking care of bookings and had to re-send the messages a few times before sometimes getting answers (on other occasions he was a bit quicker). As I too run a rental business I know that this is the best way to lose people's interest. I actually would have sent less emails if all my questions were answered in the one email rather than just part of them.
We walked everywhere from here. Waterloo was the station that seemed to make the most sense since you have more line options and it is a 15 minutes walk where you walk by the London Eye. The location was good.
All in all, I would really have no problem going back there again assuming they actually get a modem IN the apartment or if I suddenly don't have to be connected to the world. i would recommend to anyone.
Oh! They mention in the facilities a computer but there was none in the apartment (I had my own). The owner told me he thinks you have to request it from the agency or something like that.
