An impressive detached well equipped house, Large 12 x 6m private salt pool and extensive private gardens, mainly lawn with mature trees and shrubs. Bedroom 1 - King size bed, Wardrobe, door to covered private sitting area. Bedroom 2 - King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Walk in corner shower, vanity sink and mirror. Large french windows onto the garden. Bedroom 3 - Single bed with guest bed under. Fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 4 - Bunk beds and junior wardrobe. Mezzanine - Single bed with guest bed under, 2 reclining chairs. Bathroom. Larger than average with corner bath, walk-in shower and his and hers vanity sinks. Washing machine. Separate wc x 2. Fully-fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Dining room. Large farmhouse table and 8 chairs. Lounge - Two settees, hi-fi, large open fireplace, stair to mezzanine. Playstation II with games. Garden has BBQ, chairs and sun loungers and is totally enclosed with lockable gates.

The village of Le Fleix, with local shops and a cafe bar is 2km, for a wider range of shops and restaurants the market town of Ste-Foy-la-Grande is 6km away. Visit the old town of Bergerac (25km) and the famous wine producing area of St Emilion (approximately 40km). The area is ideal for walking and cycling. Fishing, golf, horse riding and water sports can be found nearby.

We have just returned from a fantastic break in this lovely house.
This property is even better than the photos show. The house is very spacious, clean, well maintained and equiped. The gardens are beautiful and very extensive with lots of locations to choose from for eating outside.
There is lots to do in easy travelling distance including many markets and a relaxing boat trip on the river at Bergerac,a very pretty town. St Emillion ia also well worth a visit and of course there are many opportunities to taste the local wines.
The owners of the local supermarket in Le Fleix are very friendly and helpful.
This all resulted in a very enjoyable holiday. Many thanks to Jo & Mark and congratulations on providing such lovely holiday accommodation.
