Our self catering apartment is a top floor duplex, offering views of the sea and mountains from our terrace. With one master bedroom and a second bedroom that comfortably sleeps four adults in total, this is ideal for a family holiday. A fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher will make you feel at home . Once you have finished sunbathing or touring the sites for the day, you can relax on the large sofa in our modern lounge. Have fun in the two large communal pools, for adults and toddlers with beautiful surrounding gardens. There is also a children's playground in the complex, and a local health centre in case of emergencies. A very large supermarket occupies the ground floor, so you do not have to travel very far for your provisions, and a local street market is held every Mondays, situated just round the corner. A quiet beach with a great chiringuito (beach restaurant) is only a short 5 minute walk that is less crowded than the beaches closer to town.

A quiet beach with a great chiringuito (beach restaurant) is only a short 5 minute walk that is less crowded than the beaches closer to town. And, with a marina close by, you can marvel at some of the luxury boats and eat at some of the locally popular fish restaurants close by. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy many of the 40 golf courses that are located along the Costa del Sol. Our apartment is the ideal location being, conveniently positioned mid-way along the Costa, with the famous Santa Clara and Rio Verde less than 10 minutes drive. For evening entertainment, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in Marbella Town centre, with its popular old town area of Los Naranjos, or the very cosmopolitan nightlife of the internationally famed Puerto Banus a quarter of an hour away by car. Spend the day out to visiting the white villages of Casares, Mijas Village and Istan; or the quiet ports of Estepona, Duquesa, or Cabopino, or go shopping at the modern commercial centre in Marbella town

Ski: Sierra Nevada is a well known ski resort situated in Granada, only 2 hours drive from Marbella. A unique opportunity to ski in the winter months and then drive back down to the apartment and sunbathe on the beaches close by. Where else can you say this!!

3 of us set off for a holiday in this 2 bedroom, air conditioned apartment. We rented a car, which is useful to get to and from the airport, and for day trips around the coast, and there is plenty of parking available outside the building. We were greeted by a friendly and prepared representative who gave us the keys and the tour with instructions. The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen very well equipped. There is air conditioning, but only in the main living room (Downstairs) and in the double room, which sometimes leaves the room of 2 single beds rather hot and sticky. The bathroom is perfect - bath and power shower. There is a supermarket located literally just downstairs and the beautiful 'old town' is only a 10 minute walk away if you want to eat out. In preparing for this trip, the owners and their representative were very attentive and answered all questions thoroughly and quickly. Money transfers were done in good time, and the whole process was easy. The pool area is beautiful, if you dont mind lying on the ground on your towel, and having some kiddies running around the place. The pool is watched by a lifeguard and is therefore only open 12pm-8pm daily. However, just down the coast towards the old town are some lovely beaches with sun loungers for 5 euros and little restaurants and tapas bars scattered around, with lots of activities for children and adults. All in all, a great holiday, and one that I would definitely return to.

The apartment suited all my requirements, close to beach, shops,local Monday market, short bus ride/drive to La Canada shopping complex, The property was very clean with good kitchen and washing facilities.Dinner on the terrace balcony was a treat. The swimming pool was clean and would be safe for children as life guards were present.
