Vast villa on one level with all amenities, 2 modern bathrooms, a vast fitted kitchen, on rooms on the same ground level and several terraces, shady, sunny, under the trees, as you wish. Ideally located right at the foot of the old and charming provençal village of Biot, close to the sea and to the bustling resorts of Antibes-Juan-les-Pins and Cannes and Nice. You feel right in the heart of Provence, while you are on the Côte-d'Azur. The swimming-pool is 8x4.5 meters, secured with an alarm system, with a sunny pool deck and sun beds. The garden is magic with a fish pond, old olive and fig trees, all sorts of other big trees, children games, barbecue and pizza oven, ping-pong table. The view is onto a forest-hill. No neighbours, but a chapel and a farm ! Next to the garden is a river along which you can walk for miles under the trees. Plenty of room for secluded parking. There is a golf course 300 metres away. You can walk to the village and the local shops in 5 minutes.

Biot is an old provençal village, on a hill-top, full of history, old narrow streets and bustling of life in the summer, a simple 5 minutes walk from the house. You will find Marineland and all sort of summer and water activities 4 km away, near the sea. Beaches are there too, and you will find other beaches all along the coast (pebbles or sand). Antibes-Juan-les-Pins is a famous tourist resort, with everything required for a fun life. Cannes and Nice are big cities 30 min away. Grasse, town of perfumes. Lots of hill-top villages to visit around. The back country offers hills and mountains to hike and climb. The golf course of Biot is nearby. Tennis court also.

Notes: The house is cool in the summer, and if your open the access door to the cellar, it can drop the temperature by many degrees in the kitchen and living-room! No stairs, so elderly or wheel-chairs are welcome. For children we have rising-seats to put on chairs. The pool has a new compliant alarm system. There is also a pond with fish. 2 BBQ, one with gas, one with wood, including a pizza oven. There are 3 hi-fi systems in the house, and a tuned piano.

Services provided and extras:: We provide bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, etc. If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged. The pool and garden is looked after by a gardener. Please add 90 Euros for cleaning at end of stay. If your don't mind, a little cat belongs to the house, and will ask to be fed. Our vegetable patch will provide you with some fresh herbs and vegetables that the gardener will pick for you if you don't pick them yourselves.

Golf: The local Golf club of Biot is 5 min walk from the house, which means it is far enough not to receive balls on your heads !
