Gulay Villa is a stunning property. There are two, two storey stone built Villas on the property close together facing the pool, rented out as one unit. Perfect for two families or a larger group. Property will also suit one family who want a private pool and want to occupy just one of the Villas. The property has panoramic views of mountains and pine forests and is close to the sea. There are interesting historical ruins in the Village and many well marked walk trails to explore if guests feel they want to leave the poolside and gorgeous sunshine. The Villas is comfortably furnished and with all mod-cons such as washing machine and dishwasher to make a family holiday as simple and relaxing as possible.

Kaya Village is located just 8km from the harbour Town of Fethiye in South west Turkey where the Mediterranean and Agean Oceans meet. The beautiful coastline is referred to as The Turquoise Coast . The iconic Oludeniz beach is 10km drive. The quieter Gemiler Beach bay is just 5km away and both are accessible by local bus. The Lycian/Roman fortress ruins of Tlos and the stunning Saklikent Gorge are within 1 hours drive from Fethiye and are worth a visit as well as other historical sites, beaches, beauty spots and museums. Kaya is 1 hour drive from Dalaman Airport and 3-4hrs from Antalya airport. The Village itself is in the Kaya Valley, a large Valley surrounded by mountains, natural pine forest and unspoilt beaches. Nearby Fethiye town has a big open Market day, an old bazaar type shopping area, marina, ancient rock tombs, a knights island and castle and even a Roman theatre.
