Steep motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking inside & outside of the house.   • A reservations deposit of 50% is required. The FULL BALANCE is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property. On arrival a cash deposit of €1,000 will also need to be paid to the local keyholder which is fully refundable on the return of keys and confirmation that no loss or damage has occurred during your stay at the property. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require full payment.
