Brand new 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in Kapparis. Fully air conditioned. Set slightly back from the town centre on hill side. Superbly fitted with possibly some of the best views in Cyprus. Relax on the enormous terrace (over 50 square metres) with views over the Mediterranean Sea, Famagusta and the tail of Cyprus. The terrace is equipped with large patio table and 6 comfortable chairs, 3 sun loungers and a decent size BBQ. The apartment has a large plasma TV with some English channels, a selection of DVD's and a CD player with ipod dock. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has en-suite with shower. Bedroom two has a small balcony overlooking the pool. The complex has communal pool and children's pool and a small gymnasium.

Kapparis is an all year round resort, an ideal base for exploring not only the east coast and its many coves and beaches but also the north of Cyprus. The apartment is within walking distance (around 15 mins) of the beaches, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire shop, bars and restaurants. There are several excellent restaurants including Cypriot, Italian, Chinese and English cuisine. There is a 24hour bakery/mini market just up the street. Paralimini is the nearest town where there are many local shops, traditional cafés and restaurants, many centred around the picturesque church and main square. Other resorts of Pernera and Protaras can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions including water parks and mini golf. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away. You can drive to Cape Greko National Park if you want to get away from it all and relax in the peace and quiet

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100.00 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100.00 is required ( to cover any potential damages) to be paid with the final balance. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure provided keys are returned and there is no damage, you will not normally be charged for small breakages such as a glass, cup etc.
    Discount will be given for stays of more than one week and return visitors.
  • The apartment will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the house but please bring your own beach towels.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged if required. This will be pre booked for you and is payable on arrival.

Spent a week at this outstanding apartment in September. Cannot fault it at all, very clean, comfortable, stylish and well equipped. The pictures on this site do not do it justice, its much bigger than it looks. Great location for the east coast, only 10 mins drive to Protaras. Hire car a must though. Pool was lovely but to be honest we only used it twice, the nearby beach (firemans bay) was lovely and not overcrowded. See you again soon!!!!

Just got back from a week in Penthouse in SEP 2009. Very clean and spacious with every home comfort you could need including washing machine. A massive balcony with superb views up the East Coast of Cyprus and out to sea. Bars and Restaurants about a 20 min walk away and a big Supermarket about the same. Hire car essential, have a look at Greco Bay especially, lovely. Beaches in little coves nearby, easier by car, all very clean. Great place for a relaxing holiday. Would definately go back there.

Just spent 1 week in this outstanding Penthouse,stunning terrace with the best views we have had in our numerous visits to Cyprus.We have previous stayed in the Kapparis area 5 times and this is by far the best.

Fantastic Holiday

4 of us stayed at this apartment for 1 week in August 09. The apartment itself is stunning and was imaculately clean, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Although a 1st floor apt there is a lift, a godsend when you arrive with your cases. The whole complex is very well maintained incl. communal pool. There is even a reasonably good gym with enough equipment to keep you from missing your usual gym visits while your away. The location is good too with a 24hr bakery just 2 mins walk and all the night life just a short taxi drive away, even Ayia Napa was only 20 mins away. There's a supermarket and Fruit n Veg shop very close by and they are quite cheap. The beaches are beautiful on this side of the island, I'd only been to Paphos previously but was very pleasantly surprised they are much nicer. Would I book again? Definately!

Fabulous Holiday Penthouse

Just got back from spending 2 weeks at this amazing Penthouse,lovely views from the terrace sat there most evenings after having a Barbeque.Even stayed in and watched a few movies as there was lots of DVD"s to watch.Loved having a washing machine as i have come back and have not got tons of washing to do.Kids loved the pool as it was not too deep for them and it was very clean.Local supermarket was less than 5 minute drive and has everything you need.The best beach is Fig Tree Bay which is 10 minute drive away.Would recommend this Penthouse to all.
