The three-storey building has just five apartments with the owner living on the ground floor. The first floor apartment faces the coast towards Myrtos Bay and the views from its balcony are splendid, with the sea lapping at the rocks below. This apartment comprises one bedroom, which has a double bed and an open-plan living/dining area where there are 2 single beds. There is an attractive kitchenette area with sink, fridge, cooking rings and kettle suitable for making breakfast or light snacks. The separate bathroom has a shower and wc. The apartment also has air-conditioning, TV and a private balcony with sea view.

The first beach that you see as you enter Assos village is a small pebbly cove which is shaded by trees. This beach is about 50 metres from the Assos Beach Apartments. A few more minutes' walk brings you into the village of Assos with its beach, waterside tavernas and snack bars, local grocery store and taxi.
