The living and kitchen area are open plan. There is a corner sofa seating four a comfy leather armchair and dining table and four chairs. The 32' wide screen television has French cable which includes a selection of English news channels. There is also Wi-Fi, iPod speakers, a radio and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two side tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It has air conditioning and double glazed French doors that lead out onto the seven square metre balcony. The second bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has a double bed, a side table and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a large walk in power shower with bright ceramic tiles and accent pebble floor. There is a large sink, vanity area, toilet, and bidet. The well equipped modern kitchen has a four-ring electric hob with extractor fan, a combination microwave oven-grill, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. 55 square metres plus a 7 square metre balcony. 2ND Floor with a lift.

    We provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.

My daughters and I stayed for 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment located in a great area.We were met at a pre-arranged meeting point and on entry to the apartment I knew it was well maintained in a great condition and accurate in its description.

The apartment was spotless and well appointed fully equiped with all the necessities required while the air con.a blessing and the balcony a delight.Lots of local information,a selection of dvds,books and games were also provided and the welcome pack really welcome on arrival.Delightful resident neighbours also gave us great local tips.

Alphonse Karr is a beautiful area mainly residential and of course designer shopping!.The apartment is very central,located approx.5-8 minutes to the beach,5-8 minutes to Place Massena,the old town 15-20 minutes-all on foot while an abundance of restaurants just around the corner-just perfect.

Simon and Amanda are a delight to deal with and from start to finish their communication and eagerness to please really helped us in having a wonderful holiday in beautiful Nice.

All in all this is a wonderful apartment in a wonderful area with equally wonderful people to deal with,top class,highly recommended.
