This light filled traditional villa is set in 100 acres of protected parkland, overlooking a wooded valley between Cannes and Grasse and accessed by a quiet country road. The lawns have views over the valley and delightful countryside. Cannes is 10 minutes drive away. The large entrance hall leads to the spacious open kitchen, dining room and comfortable sitting room and family playroom. The 6 bedrooms, all with own bathrooms, are set over 3 floors. A second lounge snug is on the lower level with flat screen satellite Sky TV. A further sitting area is on the upper level offering an electronic piano for the musically inclined. Outside there is a wisteria shaded patio with large outdoor dining table and barbecue. The 12 x 8 m marble pool is overlooked by a raised pool house complete with drinks bar and boules court. Also within the grounds is a chalet style studio, with its own WC & shower, a laundry room with washing machines, burglar alarm. Entry by electric gates.

This beautiful villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the Mougins Region and very close to the Cannes-Mougins Country Golf Club. The area is upmarket with plenty of space between each private property. There are superb views from this villa to Cannes itself and the coast. It takes about 10 to drive to Cannes itself and even less to the beautiful old hilltop village of Mougins - said to be the gastronomic capital of the world.

Each bedroom has lovely views towards the garden with some having gorgeous views towards the mountains or Cannes itself. All have either bathroom or shower room en-suite. This villa is an excellent holiday location for 2 families to share.
