Villa Levante is a private Villa located in the tiny village of Perd'e Sali. We are only a 5 min drive from the nearest town of Pula, 3 min walk to our local sandy beach and 2 min walk to our local bar/pizzeria. The capital, Cagliari is only a 35 min drive away. Our home is perfect for that 'Get away from it all' type of holiday but at the same time if you want culture, art, warm sandy beaches, horse riding, golf, shopping, watersports and much more, then Villa Levante is for you. Our Villa is on one level and so is suitable for the elderly as well as families. The kitchen was refurbished recently and is fully fitted with all you will require for a perfect holiday. Our bathroom is the ultimate in luxury and was only completed in October 2008. It contains a walk-in shower, sink, bidet and toilet, together with a large cupboard and vanity unit with extra large mirrors on two walls.

Perd'e Sali is a small unspoilt village hosting a marina and sandy beach. Pula is the nearest town and has many shops, restaurants/pizzerias and during the summer months, concerts of all kinds are held in the main piazza. Local families and visitors mingle together enjoying the entertainment and strolling around the market stalls in the warm evening air. Visit the famous archaeological site at Nora, a few minutes walk from Pula and see the Roman Amphitheatre overlooking the sea. Twenty min drive away are the award winning beaches of Chia and 20 min drive away the famous golf course of Is Molas. For the waterbabies there's BlueFan Acqua Park 5 mins drive from the Villa. We can also organise a daily yacht charter for the sailors amongst you. Our own 35ft Durfour sailing Yacht, Knight in Gale, is available for daily charter by prior arrangement. These are just a few of our places of interest. Sardinia is undoubtedly a wonderful island!

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is also a security deposit of £200 which will be returned to our guests in full within two weeks of their departure from Sardinia unless there are breakages or damage caused to the property or its contents. The relevant amount will then be deducted from the security deposit. We respectfully request our guests not to smoke inside our Villa.
  • If a booking is made prior to 8 weeks of the letting, a rental deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance of the rental sum plus the security deposit of £200 are then due 8 weeks prior to the letting. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the letting, the whole of the rental payment plus £200 security deposit should be forwarded in full.

Both bedrooms look out onto the garden and all windows and doors in the Villa are fitted with insect screens.

Notes: The new sun terrace was built in 2006 and finished to an extremely high standard and surrounds half of the Villa. Its the perfect place to relax and unwind , share drinks and holiday stories with family and friends or dine alfresco and watch the glorious sun sets. The garden is well maintained and is not overlooked. There are young fruit trees, shrubs and flowers throughout the garden. Alongside the expertly maintained above-ground-pool (18ft x 10ft) there is a gazebo where you can shelter from the mid-day sun, sipping your ice cold drinks and watch the children enjoying themselves whilst taking in the stunning panoramic views from the back garden. There is a large BBQ situated under shady trees. There is also an outside shower which is useful for washing off the remains of the sandy beach!
