The stylish furnished house is surrounded by a green chestnut wood and perfect for up to 6 persons. The big sun terrace offers a breathtaking view over the green hills up to the Apuan alps. In our garden you may take ligurian herbs, fresh salad and vegetables to arrange your dishes. Bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. 2 bedrooms with double bed and in the dining room there is a sofabed (for other 2 persons). Highchair and baby cot available for families with little children. Dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron. You can relax at home or do some hiking: directly from Codeglia there are some trekking trails that guides you to the famous Cinque Terre. In the Gulf of La Spezia or at the Cinque Terre (15min) you will find nice beaches. By car or train (from La Spezia) you can easily reach the cultural cities like Pisa, Lucca, Florence or Genua.

Activities: Mountainbiking, freeclimbing at Muzzerone with a great view. A lot of beaches in the gulf of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Sailing - if you are interested we can rent you a sailing boat. La Spezia for shopping. You can hike from our house directly to the famous Cinque Terre along marked footpath.

Cultural cities: You can reach Pisa, Florence, Lucca or Genua easily by train from La Spezia. By boat you can reach the beaches in the Gulf of La Spezia: Porto Venere, Palmaria island, San Terenzo and Lerici. There are a lot of trains, busses and boats running every day connecting the most interesting areas.

Hiking and trekking: There a lot of signed paths connecting the coast with the inside.

We had a great time in Codiglia. The house gives you lots of privacy and a feeling of being at home. It has all the ingredients for a perfect vacation. You are a little far away from shops etc. but the hiking trail to the Cinque Terre area starts right in the backyard. The roof terrace was our favorite, a sunny spot among the tree tops with a marvelous view. A great combination for relaxing and hiking. Owner is very helpfull and speaks good English.

Die Angaben waren korrekt. Das Objekt ist sehr abgelegen, mehr als ich vermutet habe.
Die Wohnung beziehungsweise Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen liebenswert und zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Objekt gut weiter empfehlen. Man muss berücksichtigen, dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Allerdings springen die Vermieter liebnswerterweise auch mal ein. Man kann vom Haus weg wandern (den Rückweg muss amn sich gut organisieren), baden in der Cinque Terre ist wunderbar (15Min. mit dem Auto), die Ruhe und Terrasse geniessen (nachts vielenTierstimmen lauschen), im Rest. la gira einfach aber gut und im savieri in La Spezia wunderbar essen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Fast perfekt

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt und so hatten wir bereits vorab eine gute Vorstellung des Hauses; die Aussicht ist in der Tat atemberaubend und die Ausstattung wirklich gut und geschmackvoll. Ich kann mich zudem nicht erinnern, jemals ein so sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden zu haben. Ungewöhnlich freundlich war auch die Betreuung. Dass es trotzdem nur fast perfekt war, lag an den Bauarbeiten in kleinen Dörfchen, auf die wir zwar per Email vorbereitet wurden, die aber tagsüber manchmal lästig waren, so dass der Charme des abgelegenen Ortes nicht ganz so war, wie er hätte sein können. Davon abgesehen aber perfekt!

Erstemal Italien und dann so was....
Eine wirlich traumhaftgelegene Ferienwohnung mit allen Komfort
eine sehr nette Vermieterin vor Ort und das Wetter war auch noch super ...was will man mehr.
Jeden Morgen auf der riesigen Terrasse gefrühstückt, abends ein Glas Rotwein mit Blick auf die Carrara Steinbrüche in der untergehenden Sonne.
Genug geschwärmz..
Fazit: eine wirlich gute geschmackvoll eingerichtete große Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht und schönen Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen.
Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälltnis
Einziges Manko: Der steile Anstieg zum Haus ist nicht ganz einfach für ältere Reisende

Ferien mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in einem bezaubernden Ferienhaus. Nach traumhaften Ausflügen in die Cinque terre konnten wir uns weiter auf einer großen Sonnenterrasse erholen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet, zum Glück ohne Fernseher, so dass wir einen erholsamen Urlaub verlebt haben. Codeglia ist absolut zu empfehlen.
