Villa Sarabanda is an attractive villa within well maintained gardens ideally situated in the residential suburb of “Los Pinos” (The pines) in Calpe. The villa is within an easy and very pleasant 10 minutes walk to the Sea. Sarabanda will sleep from 2 up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The main living and sleeping area is on the upper level with 3 bedrooms. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the villa's pool with south facing panoramic views towards the Bernia Mountains - ideal for alfresco dining! Within the lounge/ dining area there is a TV with DVD Player, also a stereo CD Sound system. For winter use there is a wood-burning stove. A separate well stocked kitchen. Downstairs is a spacious studio apartment with an en-suite shower room & kitchenette Our property agents in Calpe will ensure that the villa is prepared with the beds made ready for your arrival. A change of bed linen and towels will be provided for you should you wish to stay for a second week

Villa Sarabanda is an easy 10 minute walk from the Sea / Beach & the local supermarkets. Calpe town is 5 minutes drive - passing the salt fields on the way, where flamingo's can be seen. Calpe is famous for it's Rock 'The penon de Ifach'- walking along the seafront on the promanade is a joy and you can try walking up the rock - which is now a nature reserve. Don't forget the Local Fiestas with their outstanding 'fire work displays'. Because of villa Sarabanda's wonderful situation and it's south facing aspect the villa benefits from the Costa Blanca climate from sunrise through to the sun-setting. The open wrap around terrace at the front of the villa enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views towards the Sierra Bernia mountain range, this is spectacular walking terrain during the off-peak winter months with a wonderfully mild climate that you can enjoy all year round, you can also sample some rustic restaurants in the hills. Water world and Terra Miticha are approx. 25 minutes by car

    During the High & Mid Seasons the villa is rented out on a Saturday to Saturday basis only.

    During the Low and Winter Season - there is flexibility with arrival & departure dates & times.

    Also during the Low and Winter Season - for smaller groups of between 2 to 5 people - the villa can be rented out at a slightly reduced rate - as a 3 bedroomed property. (Please enquire with the owner).

    Linen is provided and changed on a weekly basis from April through to October. (please bring your own beach and Pool towels).

The cosmopolitan resort of Calpe is a near perfect combination of romantic village together with sun and beach. In between Altea to the south and Javea to the north, Calpe with its about 13 000 habitants is known for its rock called the Penon de Ifach. This massive rock is a favourite for many rock climbers and has been inspiring people from everywhere to come and enjoy the nearly perfect view around the bays and the Costa Blanca. Calpe offers many attractions ranging from historical Roman ruins through to water sports and exceptional markets. There are also many fiestas throughout the year with the most notable being the Moors and Christians festival in October. The two main beaches around Calpe are of the highest standard and both have been awarded the blue flag by the F.E.E. (Foundation for Environmental Education.) The Paseo Maritimo runs along the edge of the beaches and is lined with a variety of bars and restaurants.

Calpe sits in an ideal location on the south east coast of Spain, easily accessed by the A7 motorway and the N332 national road that runs from Valencia to Alicante. The national road really gives you the kind of holiday feeling as it leads you to Calpe along the Mediterranean coastline up from Alicante.
