This charming top floor one bedroom apartment capable of accommodating 4 adults is situated in the traditional village of Dherynia, 10 minutes drive for Ayia Napa and Protaras. The apartment has a generous sized living, dining and kitchen area and from the lounge there are patio doors leading you to the large balcony overlooking the sea & Famagusta. The apartment has been tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer & washing machine. The good sized lounge area has a sofa bed and TV. In the lounge is a privacy sliding door that leads you to the modern bathroom and the bedroom. The light and airy bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished and has patio doors leading to the balcony. This delightful apartment is situated on a small complex with a communal poo. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has lift access to all three floors. There are local shops, bars, restaurants & boutiques within walking distance.

Nearest Airport: Larnaca at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: Dherynia at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Restaurant: Square Bar & Restaurant at 150 Metres

Set in the quiet village of Dhernyia 10 minutes drive from the heart of Ayia napa and Protaras, this spacious 1 bedroom apartment offers amazing sea views. The apartment is located 40 Kilometers from Larnaca airport which takes about 30 minutes to drive to if you hire a car. Car hire rates are really cheap in Cyprus, you can normally hire a car from the airport for around £50 per week, alternativly we can arrange a transfer to and from the airport for you. Located in Dherynia are lots of small local bars and restaurants, you can however travel 10 minutes down the road to Ayia napa and Protaras which are much more lively, a taxi will cost you know more than 10 to 15 Euros. The nearest beach (without facilities) is a few minutes by car. It is just a little bay frequented mainly by a few locals. Other popular beaches include Nissi beach in Ayia napa and cape Greko which are about 10 minutes by car or bus.
