VILLA JASMIN traditionally Spanish but with all modern conveniences. This beautifully restored villa, set in over ½ acre, is entered by automatic gates. The garden has many fruit trees including mango, avocado, orange & lemon. There are 4 double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, the master also has a bath. A large sitting/dining room & fully fitted modern kitchen, there is a good sized utility room off the kitchen with drinks fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The villa is situated on the edge of el Romeral and 5min drive from the town of Alhaurin de la Torre a busy affluent town with banks, shops, supermarkets bars & restaurants. The garden is south facing and has the sun all day but you can cool off in the 10 x 5m swimming pool, there is also a covered terrace and trees for shade. For your use there is a gas BBQ. The beach is 20 minutes drive as is Malaga city, a fabulous city with lots and of history, not least of all being the birthplace of Picasso.

Villa Jasmin is 5-10 mins walk from the village of el Romeral, which has a couple of very Spanish bars and two small shops for essentials. 5minutes drive away is the town of Alhaurin de la Torre a busy town with all the amenities you could wish for, there are several banks, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.The local market is on Wednesdays. There is new health centre and also a 24hr clinic.The villa is tranquil but not isolated, and only 20 minutes from the beaches of Torremolinos,where you can windsurf or just soak up the sun,the beaches are kept immaculately . Plenty of country walks are on your doorstep. There are dozens of golf courses within short driving distances.Plaza Mayor shopping and entertainment complex is only 4 kilometres away, it has cinema screens, bowling, shops and restaurants.There is also a train station at Plaza Mayor that runs between Malaga city and Fuengirola, it is very reasonable and convenient.Malaga is a city well worth visiting.

Bed linen and towels are provided and are 100% Egyptian cotton, if staying two weeks or more there is a complimentary maid service provided mid term.
