This 'cottage-style' property adjoins the owner's thatched Manor Cottage, right in the centre of Croyde Village, access via private lane almost opposite 'Watery Lane' on map. Short walk to beach, pubs and restaurants. Ideal for a family holiday, accommodation on two floors comprises two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate shower room/toilet. A comfortable lounge includes a TV and access to a patio which overlooks the beautiful mature garden of Manor Cottage. Secure off street parking. Approx 10 mins level walk to the beach. Sorry, no pets.

I have just returned from a Weeks holiday in Croyde Bay where I use to go as a Child and was not disappointed!. This property is in a very good location which is a short walk to the beach and although in the Village its located on a quiet lane with private parking. The owner lives in the property next door who was very friendly and helpful. The Surf is really good so good for the adventure seekers and teenagers. The families with small children have the beach close by but also lots of things to do if the weather is not so good, there are lots of farms and children's adverture places to visit. The property was clean, well-maintained and ideal, we will definitely come back.

Perfect holiday property

This property was the perfect home from home. It had everything we needed and the owners living adjacent were very helpful and friendly. Clean, comfortable, private parking, quiet, a walking distance to all ameneties and the lovely beach. Ideal for families with young children as the beach is clean and safe, ideal also for families with teenagers as the surfing is wonderful. There are plenty of places to eat to suit all budgets. We will certainly book again.
