This spacious villa is located in a peaceful residential estate, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Castelo and Evaristo with beach bar/restaurant are also nearby. The villa is enclosed by walls and accessible through a gated staircase leading to the pool area with large terraces and outside shower. There is a barbecue at the back of the villa.     Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am on change over day
  • TO BOOK : By e-mail. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
