The apartment is set in magnificent landscaped sub-tropical gardens where you can enjoy in one of the 5 swimming pools(1 of them heated)with free use of sun beds. This apartment is ideal to take a break from the busy city life and relax in a peaceful location. We have at a few minutes driving Marbella, La Cañada Commercial Centre and Puerto Banus with all the night life. The apartment offers luxury fittings and a large terrace for 'fresco' nights with panoramic sea views.

At the Old Town you can enjoy narrow streets with exceptional restaurants and designer shops. Also La Cañada shopping centre is at only 5 minutes drive where you can find cinemas, bowling etc...     - A non-refundable of 50% of the price is payable upon booking.
    -Full payment plus payment of deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival.
    -Deposit refunded as soon as possible, less any cost of damage, breakages,excess cleaning etc..
    -Cancellation Charges;
    6-8 weeks prior to arrival-50% of total rental rate.
    4-6 weeks prior to arrival-75% of total rental rate
