The apartment is on the fourth floor of a secure complex with impressive well kept gardens and there is a lift. As the apartment is high up it is incredibly peaceful and serene. Throw open the balcony doors and a strong cool breeze flows through the entire apartment keeping it refreshingly cool in summer. The kitchen has stunning views over the Port and Chateau and leads out to the second balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and boasts contemporary Italian designer kitchen units and finishings. There is a 4 ring hob, electric oven with stainless steel extraction hood, large fitted fridge freezer, electric water filter unit and dishwasher.

The Blue Rivage complex sits opposite the port on the Ville Franche side, providing striking sea views and access to a petite yet picturesque public beach. The Port itself is awash with trendy restaurants and bars and is home to the popular Antique Quarter where stalls and stores purvey the finest collectables of the region. The old town and Promenade des Anglais are a very scenic 20 minute walk away as is the stunning village of Ville Franche. The area has many a Boulangerie for morning croissants and fresh bread and a Casino supermarket.

An initial (1/4 of the price) deposit is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
