Set in a quieter, more natural area of Spain's Costa Del Sol, the views from the apartment's 50 metre terrace will quite literally take your breath away. Situated at the top of the development you will enjoy a panoramic view of the coast east towards Estepona and South towards Gibraltar and Africa. The apartment is set on two floors and has a wonderfully open feel with plenty of natural light. The apartment has use of a fantastic swimming pool and wa smaller splash pool for very young children which is open from May through to Sept. You will be given access to the owner's poolside store which has loungers, floats, tennis rackets for the racket ball court and even two sets of golf clubs. Notes: The terraces around the apartment get sunshine all day and in the evening the sun settles on the terrace to allow views down to the rock of Gibraltar. Please note: Due to its position on the top floor of this complex it is not suitable for elderly or infirm as there is no lift. Children are welcome however the railings on the balconies are not strictly safety railings and children should be supervised at all times whilst outside.
