Magnificent 3 bedroom apartment in a brand new complex. Furnished to very high standards. The apartment is on the second floor, and is accessible by a lift. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Large living room with dining area. TV with English, Dutch and German channels. DVD and audio system. Two private terraces, one with extensive views over Lagos town and the beach. Large communal area with sun loungers, pool and garden. (Note the pool is area is under construction!) The apartment has got air-conditioning for heating or cooling. 2 private parking spaces in the underground garage. Host service will complete your perfect holiday.

Nearest Train: Lagos railwaystation at 2 Kilometres

The apartment is located next to the historical city wall. Within one walking minute you pass the old city wall and you will enjoy the car free streets of Lagos, with his very nice restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach is only 10 walking minutes away, this walk true the historical centre of Lagos is lovely. To the beautiful Marina it is via a very pleasant walk on the boulevard, just 15 minutes. Within 5 driving minutes from the apartment there are several very nice, awards winning golf resorts. Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for the very reasonable price of 75 euros one way. Car hire is not necessary.. From Faro city there is also a cheap train/bus connection to Lagos. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a brand new race circuit located only 10 minutes drive from Lagos. TThe circuit hosts Formula 1 testing, Moto-GP, A1-GP, Le- Mans and much more

Additional information about rental rates

  • Pool to be completed spring 2010! Special rates till June 2010! During November till March electricity is extra at cost price. Water, gas and end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suitcases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 40 euros cleaning costs. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service and a weekly clean and linen change.
  • Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.

Baby cot, & bikes.: High chair, baby cot and bikes for rent: For the very small children we have a baby cot and high chair available, the price is 25 euros for each week or part of an week. 2 perfect Dutch bikes for rent. The bikes have several gears. The price per week is 40 euros for each bike. Please order in advance.

Welcome package & Internet connection: : Welcome package & Internet connection: For your convenience we can arrange you a welcome package. This package includes red wine, cold white wine, beers and soft drinks, crisps, bread, tea, coffee and much more. The price for this package is 35 euros. Bring your own laptop and we can arrange a wireless internet connection in your apartment. The price for the internet connection is 30 Euros a week or part of a week. Please order welcome pack and internet connection in advance!

Golf: Golf: Golf Information: There are within 5 km of the apartment two beautiful 18 holes golf courses overlooking the sea (Palmares & Boavista). The Algarve is nominated by the international golf federation to be the golf destination of 2006! The location is brilliant for a golf vacation if you desire to play at different golf courses during your vacation AND like to stay in a nice old town with life and great restaurants.

Other Activities: You can reach the Algarve Formula One race track in only 15 minutes.

We stayed in this great apartment Called ,,Muralha,,(The wall) at the end of september 2009. Ideal location ,in short walking distance of the city center ( just walk throug the wall)with nice bars and restaurants.
The weather in this period was still very nice,we had only 4 less days on a 3 week vacation,and even in October spend lots of days on the beach.
We like to thank Jeff for his ,,tips and tricks,, during our holiday.
To the owners we say,thank you for your wonderfull appartment,we`ll be back soon!!
