This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment about 550 square feet is located on the second floor of a Townhouse located on 25th Street between Third Avenue and Second Avenue. Entering in the apartment, you are directly in the air-conditioned main room. It has cream color painted walls and a brick wall, hard wood floor and one window providing light. This room is furnished with 2 microfiber beige full size sofa beds, a table with 6 chairs, a cable flat screen TV, internet and a phone. The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a cookware, cupboards, coffee maker and dishes.
