3 bedroom private villa sleeps up to 8 people comfortably near Alanya on the beautiful Turkish Riviera coast boasting temperatures of 15 to 22 degrees in Winter & above 30 degrees in Summer. Villa has a resort pool, children's pool and BBQ area with beautiful views overlooking the stunning Alanya port, Mediterranean Sea & Taurus mountains. 90 minute drive from Antalya Airport with the new Gazipasa airport due to open June 2009 only 30 minutes drive. 10 minute walk to quiet beach. Villa has large living/dining areas & sun terrace with gazebo, fully fitted kitchens with microwave, full cooker, fridge freezer & washing machine. Fresh bed linen & towels supplied. Each villa features a CD player, DVD player & Digital TV. There is a small market 2 minutes from the villa. There are a huge variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and a twice weekly must see market available in Mahmutlar only 5 minutes drive. Buses also run every 10 minutes into Alanya town centre for the serious shopper.

This luxurious villa offers everything that you could possibly need to have a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villa has a large living room area with 2 couches & 2 armchairs with its very own fireplace. There is also a safe available for the use of guests. The kitchen area boasts all the mod cons that will make your holiday as easy as possible such as fridge, freezer, stove, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. There is also air-conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an air-conditioned bedroom downstairs which has 2 single beds. Upstairs is another bedroom with 2 single beds also air-conditioned. Then there is the main bedroom which is ensuite and fully air-conditioned. The jewel in the crown of this luxurious villa is the rooftop sun terrace with its wonderful views and gazebo to help you to laze away those lovely sunny evenings in privacy. The villa complex also has 24 hour security for your safety and peace of mind.

Alanya is situated on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, also known as the Turkish Riviera. Alanya boasts 300 days of sunshine a year, & has beaches that run for miles on either side. The magnificent Tauros Mountains stand directly north adding to the beauty of this scenic location. Alanya is one of Turkey's hottest areas. It has a sub tropical climate, where temperatures in Winter range from 15 to 22 degrees. As a result, a very nice place to escape the cold, dark, wet European winter months. Summer temperatures are always above 30 degrees. Alanya is a vibrant port town, steeped in history. Here you will find Alanya Castle with its famous Red Tower. The Municipality of Mahmutlar is situated 9km east of Alanya. The natural beauty of Mahmutlar with its snug village centre boasting a pleasant social culture with lots of small bars, restaurants, shops & the usual twice weekly bazaars/markets. The surrounding banana plantations and orange groves add to the charm of this delightful area.

Alanya area in depth: In Alanya, you are never far away from a good beach or the Taurus Mountain range. The beaches are lined with promenades. The resort is a mixture of new shops and sophisticated cafes intermingled with traditional Turkish kebab restaurants and tea houses. Evenings are spent walking along the promenade and harbour, haggling in the bazaars which stay open until midnight in high season. You can also dine in one of Alanya's 2000 restaurants al fresco. Party lovers head for the harbour bars to listen to live music and DJs. Opera, ballet and music lovers should visit Alanya during the Aspendos Festival (June - July) when world class musicians and artists such as the Bolshoi Ballet Company perform in the well preserved Roman amphitheatre. Jazz enthusiasts shouldn't miss Alanya's annual jazz festival with events taking place in various bars and in the harbour's open air concert venue.

For sports fans: Alanya hosts an annual open tennis tournament, the European beach volley ball championships and an international triathlon every summer. Just an hour and a half from Alanya is Turkey's National Golf Course, as well as four other international standard courses. For a fun day with the family head to Beskonak Canyon for white water rafting. The largest waterpark in the region is 35 minutes from Alanya. There is also a smaller waterpark in Alanya centre as well as a bowling alley and two cinemas. Alanya also offers gulet cruise boats, underground caves to explore, local jeep safaris and the picnic areas at the nearby Dim River.

A nice place to relaxe. A beautifull house.
But the road up is only for strong nervs-(LOL).
Anytime again!!!
PS: dont trow anything in the toilet.
