Typical country house of the 17th century surrounded by 50 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and sunflowers. It is a 4 bedroom Tuscan vacation villa completely restored with class and elegance, furnished with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave, SAT TV and a sound system. The ground floor is comprised of a super sized dining room with fireplace, living room with fireplace and a sitting room with TV. The living room has a large glass door which allows direct access to the front terrace of this vacation rental in Tuscany. There is a full modern kitchen with stove, oven, and large refrigerator with freezer. There is a guest bathroom on this floor with sink and WC.

The villa is surrounded by a great park, full of trees and flowers, with many outdoor facilities and garden places to sit and eat, or to relax in the shade of century old trees. The position is excellent for day trips to all of the more famous Tuscan MUST SEES such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo and San Gimignano. Located in the middle of wine country you will be able to do on site wine tasting at several nearby vineyards. The villa is located only a short trip for the largest natural lake in Tuscany - Lago Trasimeno, a great place to visit the beaches.
