Due to the mild dry climate all year round typical of the Canary Islands and the location of the villa near the ocean, it's unnecessary for an air conditioning or a heating system: the average temperature in winter is 19-26 C and in summer 24-29 C. However for your extra comfort there are fans and a portable heater. The home is designed to provide a great air circulation for a pleasant stay. Being all floors in marble, we require a special care about it: so no shoes are allowed inside the home: please use slippers instead! Outside there is a gazebo with BBQ.

Our recent stay in this luxury villa in Tenerife

I spent a week in this wonderful villa with my two daughters and another family of friends. Our kids enjoyed the stay especially due to the large garden, the easy walk to the beach and the warm swimming pool. For me was very important the sensation of peace and tranquility. I never been in Tenerife before and I though the island is just a busy resort, but now I know there are very peacefully places to explore and of course to stay. We enjoy a lot exploring the island, up to the Teide, the village of Masca, the city of Santa Cruz and La Laguna with an excellent lebanese restaurant. I was surprise to see a very modern tram we don't have even in Switzerland and generally I see that Tenerife is very dynamic, with new attractions as the Siam Park, an incredible water park. So it was nice to go around and come back and relax in the villa, prepare a nice bbq and having a good time with friends, to practice golf (yes, the villa has even a golf pad) before to go to the near golf Costa Adeje. We really didn't miss an hotel, because we love to cook ourself and anyway, going out for dinner in Tenerife is very cheap.
