  • The owner of this property accepts payment in Euros.
    25% deposit is requested to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, together with the refundable damages deposit of 500 Euros (returned within 15 days after departure). The property is managed and cleaned in a professional way. Carmen Garcia, the owner, will wait for you upon arrival. The minimum rental period is one week, for longer periods we accept any number of additional days at the equivalent daily rate. The rent includes weekly cleaning, change of linen/towels and water and electricity bills, excessive use of electricity (more than 100 KW per week) will be changed at cost price).
  • MONTH RENTALS TO A VERY INTERESTING PRICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
    LONG TERM RENTAL IS WELLCOME,
