Ca de Frati takes its name from an old monastery which once stood in the grounds now occupied by the flower farm bearing the same name. Recently completely renovated in Tuscan country style, the apartments are beautifully furnished with elegant furniture, mostly antique with modern kitchens and mainly en suite bathrooms. The gardens are a modern version of the traditional, formal Italian garden, covering one & half acres and planted with more than forty different types of native Tuscan trees, bushes and flowers. From the large covered carpark in wood and bamboo at the bottom of the garden there is a wonderful view of the imposing nineteenth century façade of the Residenza flanked the pond of water lilies and other aquatic plants. the swimming pool measuring 12 by 6 metres is in the garden behind the building. It has convenient stone steps leading into the shallow end, a large flagstone sunbathing area and a barbecue at the end of a long shady pergola covered in roses and grapevines.

Located on the ground floor. It has a living room with adjoining kitchen area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is direct access to both the front garden and the swimming pool garden.
