Excellent restaurants, beaches, the Palais des Festivals, the harbour, Croisette & shops are all a pleasant walk away. There are wonderful views over the exclusive Californie Hills from every room. Carefully refurbished, the apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The spacious accommodation comprises of 1 bedroom, a comfortable living room, a well equipped modern eat-in kitchen, and a shower-room. The apartment is bright and airy & has been tastefully furnished.

Nearest Airport: Nice Airport at 27 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Cannes train station at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.1 Kilometres
The apartment is Ideally located for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur; Nice, Monaco, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and the mountains are all within an hours drive. Cannes centre is very compact, and is a lovely place to wander around on foot. Local shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks, chemist, bakery etc are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Marché Forville is the covered produce market in Cannes. Stalls sell a wonderful selection of vegetables, fruit, fish, oysters, patés and olives. Visit on a Saturday, and the surrounding bars and cafés get packed with locals enjoying drinks and lunch after the market closes. Beaches: Lovely private & public beaches are a pleasant walk from the apartment. Skiing: skiing is about about 1 ½ drive away in the resorts of Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg. You can go for a days trip and return in the evening.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We ask guests to pay a 30% deposit to secure their booking, and the balance 6 weeks before departure. Payment can be by transfer to French bank account (preferred), by transfer to UK bank account or by £GBP cheque.
    CLEANING, LINEN & TOWELS: You will be met and greeted by our agent on your arrival. Linen & towels are available at a cost of 14€ (or per booking if less than 1 week) cleaned and changed weekly or more often by arrangement. (Please bring your own beach towels).
    A refundable breakages deposit of 345€ is required (upon final payment), which will returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and keys are returned safely. (Minor breakages such as crockery and glasses will not be charged for).
  • VERY IMPORTANT: please note that the prices for the CONFERENCE and FESTIVAL periods and Christmas & NYE will be different - please contact me for prices
    Example prices:
    Film Festival - 1,998 euros,
    MIPIM - 2,300 euros,
    MIPCOM - 900 euros
    MIPTV - 900 euros
    Christmas & NYE - 625 euros per week.
  • DEPARTURE TIMES: We request that guests arrive after 2.30pm and depart by 11.00am. However, we will do our best to be flexible. If you would like to stay in the apartment after 11.00am because you have a later flight home, a late check out can be arranged free of charge - as long as prior notice is given, and there is not a booking immediately after yours.
