This traditional detached house entered into through electric gates offers the visitor a spacious living area with 4 bedrooms. The terrace and garden allow a secluded and enclosed safe place for children whilst a BBQ will entertain the older members of the family. The proximity to both the Marina and the Sea and beaches make it an ideal family holiday home.

Change over days.: We let the property from Saturday 16.00 pm to Saturday 10.am. This allows the cleaning ladies to change the beds, hoover and clean the house. We ask that our guests leave the house in as orderly state as possible. We reserve the right to charge extra if the house is unacceptably dirty with a lot of work to clean it up to the standard for our next guests, (at a rate of 25 euros per hour per cleaner.)

Deposits: An inventory of the house can be found in the house. It is sensible to check that all the inventory is in place to avoid charges which have been caused by previous guests.

We have just returned from Capbreton and this house is lovely.Perfect location,5 mins to marina and 10 mins to beach.
Thoughtful,homely touches in the house and clean and well maintained.
Would recommend this property for families and groups of friends as it is well proportioned and spacious.
We can`t wait to go again !
